5 months old...

The "wild man" is 5 months old and getting to be so much fun because he is developing such a personality.  He does something new almost every single day.  Most of them are minor things but for mommy and daddy it is so much fun every time that he does something for the first time.
Here are a couple things that have gone on with Jacob over the past couple of weeks:
  •  he took his first plane trip to "Bean-town" to watch his Uncle Seth graduate from law school
  •  during that trip he rode on a plane, train, and boat (yes we took him on he the "T" in Boston)
  •  he cut his first tooth (which is a transition for mommy while nursing --- he got his first disciplinary action from his mommy for biting during feeding time)
  •  he is starting to eat foods with the cereal (started with bananas, moved to sweet potatoes, and is now on carrots (all of these things have really made poop time real interesting)). You got to see the video of him trying to eat for the first time but now he is pretty good with the eating from the spoon thing.  Pictured above is when Granny Rochelle got to feed the boy for the first time.
  • he sits up by himself now
  • he found his tongue and is always sticking it out to show you that he has a tongue.
  •  he has found his feet
  •  he is really trying to talk
  •  he fits comfortably in 6+ month clothing
  •  HE STILL EATS EVERY TWO HOURS AT NIGHT!!!
These are just a couple of the fun and exciting things going on at the Saunders House...  I have added some pictures of our trip to Cape Cod.  I will be posting soon my first trip to Fenway (The Home of the Boston Red Sox for you none baseball people).  Time has not been on my side, I am still trying to put together the video of our trip to Cape Cod.
