On June 28, 2003 two families were united at a church in Fredericksburg, VA. The Lloyd/Saunders families came together that day and have had a really nice bond ever since.
Holly and I are very blessed that two families "full" of personality were able to gel so nice. We want to thank our families and friends for being big influences in the success of our marriage.

As many of you know marriage is no easy walk in the park, especially when dealing with two strong personalities. Each of us has had our moments but the strength of the marriage and bond that we have for each other has no doubt kept this train rolling.

We have grown even tighter as a couple since the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Jacob William.

Unlike most of our Anniversaries we kept this one very low-key. On Friday we enjoyed our time with just the two of us as we were able to escape for a really nice dinner, thanks to Nana and Pop for keeping the boy for a couple of hours.

This year was not about extravagant gifts or some amazing trip to a tropical area. Instead it was just about us and our love. We were able to reflect on the journey of life that we are living together and know experiencing with our son.

As I said earlier and really want to stress a big THANK YOU to all of our family and friends who have been a big part in making these last six years very special!

Wife... Thanks for being my wife, my lover, and most importantly my best-friend. As my parents and old roommates would tell you, I am not very easy to live with and for the most part you have done it with a smile on your face (of course there have been some times "where you just want to punch me in the face" :-) )

Finally, I just wanted to leave a message to some of our friends that are soon to be married or just got married one piece of advice that my father gave us on our wedding night, "DON'T EVER STOP DOING THE THINGS THAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER."
