The Saunders Family came up to Seth's Law School Graduation on Thursday and then headed for Cape Cod Friday after graduation. The drive was interesting as "Captain Insane-O" was weaving in and out of holiday traffic to get us to our final destination.
Once we arrived at the house (pictured above) we quickly settled in for a long weekend of relaxation and lots of laughs. The house sleeps 12 with five bathrooms and a game room which gives plenty of space for a lot of personalities to escape if needed.
On Saturday Pop and Nana prepared Lobster and Burgers, which everyone really enjoyed. Tonight Frankie and Char are making some Mexican for dinner. Holly and I will be making Baked Spaghetti for our dinner night.
This was a big trip for me because Jacob got to finally meet some of his Aunts, Uncles, and his Cousin. Although "ABE" had to leave early it was great to see them and it is amazing how much Ella Grace has grown. She is really growing into a beautiful little girl.
The weather has been pretty decent. On Friday it was 90 but for the most part it has been in the 70's and cloudy. Of course that has not stopped the adventures. Holly, Nana, and Jacob went into town and checked out the shops, while the rest of us went to play putt-putt.
The trip has really been enjoyable for all. We will be here until Tuesday; once we get back I will be putting together a complete video of the trip...
Thanks to Pop and Nana for giving us siblings the opportunity to all get together and enjoy each other.
