The Nurse getting ready to take Holly's Blood Pressure
Holly and Dr. Kaveski
Holly had her 16 week check-up today and everything went really well. We got to meet our new doctor and she is amazing. She made the both of us feel really comfortable from the time she entered the room. We got to hear the babies heart beat! Now that was really exciting. The nurse actually let us listen for a couple of minutes which was really nice of her. Baby Saunders had a very strong heartbeat according to the nurse, so that is good. She said that it was around a 140 beats (not really sure what that means, but that may make sense to some of you reading). I would like to personally thank my Brother Brian and his wife Andrea for recommending Dr. Kaveski to us. She really made me feel apart of the appointment, which I had not experienced up until this visit. The picture above of Holly and me was taken by Dr. Kaveski (a woman of multiple talents - good doctor and as you can see by the picture a good photographer). So we walked away from the appointment overjoyed and ready for the next step. On August 15th we will get to find out the sex of the baby. Feel free to leave predictions in the comment section. I will leave you with a couple of pictures of Mama and her baby bump...
