I got a call yesterday from the doctor's office, and they scheduled my c-section for one week from Thursday, October 7th @8am! Provided I do not go into labor before then (tomorrow is the start of week 38) we will be meeting Grayson in 9 days. That day is also my brother Scott's birthday. I can hardly wait to meet him. Today I am particularly swollen and uncomfortable so if he chooses to come prior to that date, mama's not arguing. Jacob is being particularly cuddly these days, and is clinging to mommy more and more...shouting my name whenever I am not around. Hmmmm. I wonder if he thinks something is about to change?
Our New nanny Kristen started yesterday---Just one more change in Jacob's little world and in ours; however she is a true God-send. She is going to be wonderful, and Jacob gave her a wave, and a huge "bye bye" and a big hug after her first day. I love it.
