It is hard to believe but Jacob is 4 months old!!! The Saunders Family had a nice weekend together. Although it was warm we made our way to Williamsburg on Saturday to hit up the Outlets. Jacob is a real trooper when it comes to allowing Mommy and Daddy to get out and do things. He only requires that he have a "full" belly and clean diaper. Other then that he entertains himself really well on these adventures.
This weekend was the first time that Jacob laughed for us. While Mommy was paying Daddy was entertaining Jacob with goofy noises and faces, but for the first time I got more then just smiles. Jacob actually was laughing. This went on for about 5 minutes where Daddy would do something silly and Jacob would belly laugh. It was the highlight of the weekend for daddy! :-) My boy is growing up so fast.
Growth Update:
Jacob is 4 months old and is still eating every 2 to 3 hours (a few times at night it has stretched to 4 hours) but no more. POOR MOMMY... Hopefully after we go to the doctor this week he will get started on cereal to help Mommy at night. Believe or not Mommy has some how kept up with the feeding demands of her growing baby boy.
Jacob is quickly moving out of the 3-6 month clothing because he is over 16lbs... Right now he is in Stage 2 diapers (for those of you that understand the diaper stages --- for those that don't these are for 15lbs to 22lbs)
Jacob is such a laid back and lovable kid, we are very blessed parents!
