Mommy Started back to work this week!

So there has not been alot of free time around the Saunders house and that is why there have been no post recently. I apologize for that and that is why I am staying up extra late to write.

Last weekend, when it was beautiful outside, daddy and Jacob took our first walk around the neighborhood.  We ended up walking the the Lovern's House for a little visit.  It is really getting me excited for the nice spring days to get out and about with the little man.  He is really getting big and becoming so much fun. He is starting to babble and smile at mommy and daddy.

Mommy started back full time to work this week and it was very tough on her.  I believe that it is getting a little easier each day but it has been really tough.  As she said at the beginning of the week, fighting off a few tears, she has been with him almost every minute for about a year.  A typical day now looks like this:

- Mommy normally feeds the boy 1-3x's everynight (last feeding is normally around 5am or 6am)
- Anywhere from 6:15am - 6:30am, Mommy begins to get ready for work.
- Daddy wakes up around 6:30am, gets things together for mommy to take to work and prepares Jacob's goodie bag.
- 7:00 - 7:15am, Mommy heads to work
- 7:30am, Jacob gets changed and we get ready to take him to the babysitter.
- 8am, Jacob gets dropped off at the babysitters house. She lives in Wyndham, which takes daddy about 17 minutes to get to her house.
- 5:30pm, Mommy picks-up Jacob and brings him home.

So that is just a brief day in the Saunders household.  We will talk more about the babysitter situation after the first full week of childcare (a post for the weekend).  Holly started going back to "Dance Trance" these last couple of weeks and I think that she is really enjoying getting back to dancing and doing some physical activity. Daddy started back in the gym this week with a mission to lose about 30lbs. that was put on during the pregnancy. We are trying to be good about going to the gym at least three times during the week, but we have agreed that we are not going to give up "Tuesday Night Date Night", we have just added a member to the event. Jacob will be going back to the doctor in two weeks for a shot only visit.

Well I have to go to bed... we will post again soon! Thanks for everyone's support in this exciting journey.
