This pregnancy has been an amazing experience. Outside of the fact that I am trying to make Holly comfortable because for every pound that she has gained through this pregnancy I have equaled (unfortunately I don't have the excuse of carrying a child --- I am just straight getting "FAT"). Holly is doing amazing with this pregnancy, her spirits have been great and she has put up with a lot of discomforts and changes like a champ. She went to the doctor last week and had a Glucose Test run, which she passed with flying colors. We have been pretty focused on getting involved with baby stuff these last couple of weeks (alot of time has been spent at Babies-R-Us).
We start our baby classes in two Fridays (from 7pm to 9:15pm for the next several weeks). How our lives will be changing!!! :-)
Holly got a good taste of diaper life last night... We took care of "Team Lloyd" and Holly got the challenge of changing "little marilyn's" (as I like to call Meredith) poopy diaper. She got to experience the poop all the way up the back and even getting it all on her hands. It took a few minutes but she passed with flying colors and Meredith ended up with a clean bum. Good experience for the mother and father to be might I add.
After hanging out with my brother, Brian, and his wife this past weekend we realized that we have got to get on the ball with childcare. We are thinking about having a nanny come to the house during the work week to take care of Jacob, but we have not finalized anything. If anybody knows of a good person for the job PLEASE PASS THEIR INFORMATION ON TO US.
Outside of the baby world we have just been watching alot of sports. This is a great time of the year for sports fanatics --- You have the MLB Play-offs going on (Congrats to Philly fans for the NLCS championship), you have College Football (Go NOLES), and you have NFL football (Hail to the Redskins)... Like I said what a great time of the year.
So here is a little bit of what is going on in the Saunders Household... We would like to give a Big Happy Birthday wish to our friend, Jess (10/14) and my mom, Tina (10/18)!

Ahhh, the joys of being pregnant.
It's good to hear ya'll are getting plenty of practice with those nephews and neice. It's good practice but nothing like the experiences you'll have with little Jacob.
